We strive to create each arrangement as pictured. However, flower varieties and colors may vary depending on seasonal availability.
If a specific flower, color, or container is unavailable, we may substitute it with a flower or item of similar style, quality, and value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.

We proudly offer flower delivery throughout Las Vegas and surrounding areas.
Delivery Rates
0-10 miles: $20
each additional mile after 10 miles: $ 2 per mile
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery orders must be placed at least 2 Hours in advance and are subject to flower availability and order volume. Orders placed too late in the day may not be accepted for same-day delivery. If we are unable to accommodate a small-day order. it may be scheduled for the next day.
Hospital Deliveries
For Hospital deliveries, please provide the recipient's full name. hospital name, room number(if available), and phone number. Hospital policies may vary, and delivery to certain units may be restricted.
Recipient Unavailable
If the recipient is unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to contact them or leave the arrangement in an appropriate designed area, when permitted.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Because our floral arrangements are custom-made and contain perishable products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders that have been delivered as requested.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. we will review the situation and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement, or refund.
Refunds may be considered in cases such as:
The wrong arrangement was delivered.
The order was significantly damaged upon delivery.
There was a problem with the order that was caused by our shop.
We are unable to offer refunds for incorrect delivery information provided by the costumer, recipient unavailability, or changes of mind after the order has been prepared or delivered.
